SAP Controlling module provides you with information for management decision-making. It facilitates coordination, monitoring and optimization of all processes in an organization.

This course is designed to teach you the most common end user concepts and their associated functions such as Cost Centers, Cost Elements, Profit Centers and Internal Orders. As well as documenting actual events, the main tasks of SAP controlling module are planning, budgeting, and controlling the costs. In interactive exercise sessions you will practice how to create, change and run relevant reports to determine variances by comparing actual data with plan data. These variance calculations enable you to control business flows.

You will learn Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) module which let your business evaluate market segments, classified according to products, customers, orders or any combination of these.
